In an attempt to “walk the talk” I have spent today doing lots of things to support my health and all round happy vibe.
A bowl of porridge and an early morning trip to the gym. Picked up lycra clad cycling husband and headed for the hills to the Mount Tomah Botanical Garden for some time together. Stopped in Bilpin on way home for unwaxed, unsprayed, unanythinged beautiful apples. Home to let out the chooks, water the vege patch, light the fire and think about something hearty for a dinner with our vegan daughter tonight.
Doesn’t get much better than this.
